Law enforcement agencies are hiring, encourage candidates to attend UBTech’s POST Academy Law enforcement officials in Duchesne and Uintah counties are looking for qualified applicants to fill open positions in their departments. They remind those interested that training for a career in law enforcement is available through Uintah Basin Technical College. UBTech Shines at SkillsUSA Claiming 28 Medals By, Lezlee Whiting Twenty-eight students from Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) medaled recently at the 2019 SkillsUSA Utah Leadership and Skills Competition. UBTech campuses sent 72 students to compete at the state level with 28 placing in the top three in their respective fields.
