You asked for it. We listened. UBTech’s Nail Technician Program arrives in 2026.

The Nail Technician program provides the skills needed to work in a beauty or nail salon performing services such as natural nail care, including manicures and pedicures, and nail enhancements. Instruction also includes sanitation, salon safety, nail and skin disorders, professional ethics and salon management, and licensing laws and rules. Upon completion of the program, students have the knowledge and skills needed to take the state written and practical examinations required for licensure.

How to Apply: 

  1. Submit a UBTech Nail Technician Application
  2. You will receive an email from UBTech. If not selected you can apply again for the next start date. Points are given for the next round to those who have already applied.
  3. Set up an appointment with our Student Success Advisor and provide verification of entrance requirements or schedule the CASAS Exam.

    • Daytime Grey Track: Mon/Tues 7:45am-2:45pm. Fridays Hybrid/Scheduled Lab.
    • Daytime Orange Track: Wed/Thurs 7:45am-2:45pm. Fridays Hybrid/Scheduled Lab.
  • M-F | 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Evening)
    • Evening Grey Track: Mon/Tues 3:00pm-9:00pm. Fridays Hybrid/Scheduled Lab.
    • Evening Orange Track: Wed/Thurs 3:00pm-9:00pm. Fridays Hybrid/Scheduled Lab.

Tuition and Fees:

  • Tuition – $900

Entrance Requirements:

Must show proof of one of the following:

  • College Transcript: C average or higher in English 1050 and Math 1050
  • ACT Math: 18+
  • ACT English: 18+
  • Grade Level for Math and English of 11th grade
