UBTech Graduate Becomes Contestant on Television Series When you first look at McKinlee Thacker, with blonde hair and blue eyes, it may come as a surprise to find out she graduated with these three certificates: Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair, Intermediate Welding Technician, and CDL. COVID-19 Updates April 8, 2021 Dear UBTech Community, On March 24, 2021, Governor Spencer Cox signed House Bill 294, terminating the statewide mask mandate effective April 10, 2021. Beginning April 12, 2021, masks will be encouraged and welcomed, but no longer required at a UBTech campus. At UBTech the health and well-being of our faculty, staff and students remain our highest priority. Mark Dockins Named New Vice President of Development at UBTech At the conclusion of an extensive search with over 30 qualified applicants throughout the United States, Mark Dockins has been named Vice President of Development at Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) effective January 6, 2020.
