Mark Dockins Named New Vice President of Instructional Services at UBTech After the conclusion of a nationwide search with over 50 qualified applicants from throughout the United States, Mark Dockins has been named Vice President of Instructional Services at Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) effective January 1, 2022.   Dockins is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at UBTech. UPDATED: 4.27.21 Uintah Basin Technical College students proved to be innovative examples of perseverance while participating in the first-ever virtual SkillsUSA Utah Leadership and Skills Competition. Historic UBTech commencement graduates 485 Written by, UBTech Uintah Basin Technical College virtually celebrated 485 students on Facebook, YouTube and on Channel V6 website during the college’s first ever on-line graduation ceremonies. During the virtual UBTech commencement exercises, 539 technical certificates were displayed individually on the screen to highlight each graduate. The unique graduation was the result of the Coronavirus pandemic, which put a halt to the school year throughout Utah and much of the nation in mid-March.
