Join the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and chefs and students from Uintah Basin Technical College’s culinary arts program at our live cooking demonstration and tasting event. You will be taught how to cook a variety of wild game dishes through several cooking demonstrations, taste tests and take-home recipe cards.
