Earlier this year, UBTech partnered with TopWorkplaces.com to conduct an anonymous employee survey. Employees were invited to share feedback about workplace culture, leadership, communication, and engagement. The survey not only provides organizations with valuable employee feedback but also serves as the basis for Top Workplaces awards. UBTech Sets New Record for Certificate Completions in FY26  Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) is celebrating another historic year following the close of Fiscal Year 2026. While final certificate completion totals are still being verified, the College anticipates awarding more than 975 certificates, surpassing the previous record of 927 completions in FY25 and continuing a strong upward trend from 789 completions in FY24.  The achievement places UBTech within reach of one of its most ambitious objectives. UBTech Community Surpasses 1776 Service Hour Goal Earlier this year, UBTech President, Aaron Weight invited the Uintah Basin community to celebrate America’s upcoming 250th birthday by completing 1,776 hours of service before July 4, 2026. Today, the community has exceeded the goal, submitting nearly 1,900 hours of service through the UBTech.edu website.
