Join our wonderful Titan Support Center Staff and Instructor Whitney Larson for a chair yoga session on September 14 in the Vernal Conference room at noon.

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga that is performed while sitting on a chair or using a chair for support. It is designed to make yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility, balance issues, or other physical constraints. Chair yoga typically involves gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, all adapted to be done from a seated position. It can help improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being, making it suitable for a wide range of people, including seniors, office workers, or those recovering from injuries.
