UBTech Announces New Nail Technician Program Coming in 2026 Uintah Basin Technical College (UBTech) is excited to announce the launch of a new Nail Technician Program at its Vernal campus. The program is anticipated to begin in July 2026, pending classroom renovation completion timelines, and Council on Occupational Education (COE) approval. The decision to launch the program comes in direct response to overwhelming request, interest and support from the community.
